HOW LONG DOES THE TIME OF DELIVERY TAKE?

The time of delivery for national deliveries will take 3-5 working days (Mon.-Fri.). Delivery times for international deliveries depend on the corresponding destination. A list of the international delivery times can be found here. 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?

In case you are not at home during delivery, you will find a package information leaflet in your mailbox that will inform you about how to get your delivery as soon as possible.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

For all national deliveries, our delivery partner DPD offers DPD Predict, which means that the recipient (via e-mail or SMS) receives a delivery notice with a tracking number as soon as his parcel is scanned in the DPD depot. As a recipient, you also have the option of controlling the delivery of your package online according to your wishes, so you can, for example, request the delivery to a DPD pickup parcel shop or the postponement of the delivery day. International orders will be send by DHL and are tracked. All recipient of international deliveries will receive an e-mail with the dispatch information. 

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, if the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly exchange your order or you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days. To register a return, please contact our customer service hello@blossomboulevard.com and inform us about the withdrawal of your purchase contract. For this you are welcome to use the withdrawal form provided by us, but it is not required.

We will confirm your return by e-mail.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

You will receive your invoice as a PDF by e-mail.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order, please inform our customer service hello@blossomboulevard.com as soon as possible. We will check the status of your order and tell you to what extent a change of your order is possible.

WHAT FRAGRANCES DO THE STATEMENT SCENTED CANDELS HAVE?

The Blossom Boulevard Statement scented candles are currently creating a very special scent experience with our “Freshcut Rose“ scenting. This fragrance captivates not only by its naturally flowery note, but also creates the ideal connection to our dreamlike flower walls.

CAN STATEMENT SCENTED CANDLES AND/OR STATEMENT CARDS ALSO BE DECORATED WITH MY PERSONAL LOGO?

ARE YOUR STATEMENT SCENTED CANDLES ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes, Blossom Boulevard Statement scented candles are eco-friendly and sustainable. All scented candles that you can buy in our online shop are free of paraffins as well as of any animal extracts. Unlike most candles, the candle wax of Blossom Boulevard scented candles is made of rapeseed wax and a blend of premium sunflower and coconut oil. This means that the candle wax of the Blossom Boulevard Statement scented candles burns clean, the environment is not burdened and is vegan.
